Why can't I update the firmware on my Playmaker+ Watch?Updated a month ago

If you're having trouble updating your Playmaker+ firmware, try the following steps:

1. Make sure your Playmaker+ is charged. The device needs sufficient battery to begin and complete a firmware update. Charge to at least 50% before attempting.
2. Confirm Bluetooth is connected. Open the Blue Tees GAME App and confirm your Playmaker+ is connected under Devices before checking for updates.
3. Check for the update in Device Settings. In the GAME App, navigate to Device Settings for your Playmaker+. If an update is available, a notification will appear there with an UPDATE button.
4. Restart the app and try again. Close the GAME App fully, reopen it, reconnect your Playmaker+, and check Device Settings again.
5. Restart your Playmaker+. Hold the power button to turn the device off, then back on. Reconnect in the app and check for updates.
