What should I do if my Player Go Speaker has sound issues?Updated 8 months ago

If the speaker has no sound:

  1. Ensure the speaker is connected via Bluetooth to your desired mobile device
  2. Ensure the volume on your speaker and mobile device are at audible levels
  3. Firmly press the ‘Crossed Tees’ Power/Action button for five (5) seconds to turn OFF, keep speaker power OFF for five (5) seconds, firmly press the ‘Crossed Tees’ Power/Action button for five (5) seconds to turn ON
  4. If the speaker still has no sound, contact customer support

If the speaker has poor sound:

  1. Move the speaker and mobile device within 15 feet or 3 meters of each other
  2. If the speaker will not pair via Bluetooth
  3. Move the speaker and mobile device within three (3) feet or one (1) meter of each other
  4. On your speaker settings and mobile device settings, turn Bluetooth ON and ensure your speaker is in pairing mode

If my speaker is playing music, but not announcing yardages:

  1. Ensure your device is registered and connected to the Blue Tees Game mobile app
  2. Ensure your ‘Action Button’ is saved as “Audible GPS Announcement” and save desired options
  3. After connecting to the mobile app, select ‘Start Round’
