SHIPPING
We offer several domestic shipping options based on your budget and how urgently you want to improve your golf game.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of being placed. (Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.)
Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Blue Tees Golf offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited shipping is also available.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING
While we do our best to fulfill and ship your orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, sometimes a delay occurs during shipping because of invalid shipping addresses or weather.
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, we suggest you:
- Check the tracking information to see if it has been delivered. If it has been delivered and you didn't receive it, check with your neighbors or mailroom (if you live in an apartment). Sometimes deliveries are mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or overlooked in a mailroom.
- Contact your local post office for additional information. Sometimes UPS and FedEx partner with USPS for final-mile delivery — your tracking will indicate if there's been a transfer.
- If you still can't find your delivery, please email our customer support team for assistance.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND CARRIER DELAYS
If you paid for priority or 2-day shipping and the carrier misses the delivery window on a business day, we will refund your shipping upgrade cost. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a note about the delay — we'll confirm with tracking and process the refund.
Please note: Expedited shipping refunds apply to carrier delays on business days only. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed with any shipping method, and we are not able to refund shipping upgrades solely because a package did not arrive on a Saturday or Sunday.
WEEKEND DELIVERY
Weekend delivery is not guaranteed with standard, priority, or 2-day shipping. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option. We are not able to refund shipping upgrades for orders that do not arrive on a weekend.
