Rainmaker and E6 integration: setup and compatibilityUpdated 2 hours ago
Rainmaker connects directly to E6 Golf and E6 Connect on PC over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The integration sends Rainmaker shot data to E6, which uses its own ball-flight engine to display the shot trajectory, carry distance, and landing interaction.
The Rainmaker integration is now available with both E6 Golf and E6 Connect on PC. E6 Golf is the newer software version, while E6 Connect is the legacy version. The Blue Tees Launch App is not required, and E6 data is only viewable inside E6 at this time.
Get started
Purchase an E6 license directly from E6. Purchase a Rainmaker E6 license. Download E6 Golf or visit E6 Connect. E6 Connect licenses are available through the E6 Connect shop.
E6 Golf is the newer software version with the best visuals, while E6 Connect is the legacy version. Both Rainmaker integrations are for PC only.
Connect Rainmaker to E6 software
- Power on your Rainmaker and PC, then open E6 Golf or E6 Connect.
- If you use RCT balls, turn on RB (RCT) in the Rainmaker device settings.
- In E6 Golf, open Settings > Tracking > Rainmaker.
- Select your Rainmaker from the listed hardware and enter the pairing code shown on the device screen.
Do not pair Rainmaker through standard Windows Bluetooth settings. E6 manages the connection. If your PC does not have Bluetooth, use an external Bluetooth 4.0 or 5.0 USB adapter.
Shot data and displayed results
E6 uses these Rainmaker metrics as inputs to its own ball-flight engine:
- Club speed
- Ball speed
- Launch direction
- Launch angle
- Spin rate
E6 calculates the resulting ball-flight trajectory, carry distance, and landing interaction.
