Music Works but GPS Doesn’t on My Player ProUpdated 21 days ago
If your speaker is playing music but not showing yardages, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Open the Blue Tees GAME App
Player Pro GPS features require an active connection to the GAME app.
Step 2 — Confirm Both Bluetooth Connections Are Connected
Your phone should show:
Player Pro Audio → Music connection
Player Pro → GPS/Game App connection
Both connections are required for full functionality.
Step 3 — Start a Round
GPS distances will not appear until a round has started.
Open the GAME app
Select your course
Tap Start Round
Step 4 — Check App Permissions
On iPhone:
Settings → Blue Tees GAME
Location → Always
Bluetooth → ON
Background App Refresh → ON
On Android:
Allow “All the Time” location access
Disable battery optimization for the GAME app
Step 5 — Restart the Device
If distances still do not appear:
Power OFF Player Pro
Restart your phone
Reopen the GAME app
Reconnect the speaker
