Can multiple golfers use the same Rainmaker Launch Monitor with separate accounts?Updated 14 days ago
Yes. Multiple golfers can share a single Rainmaker Launch Monitor, even if they each have their own Blue Tees account and subscription.
Rainmaker is designed to send shot data to whichever Launch App account it is currently connected to, so the device itself does not store user profiles or restrict usage to a specific account. This means golfers can simply log in to their own account in the Launch App and connect the Rainmaker to record their sessions and upload data to their personal profile.
Typical Multi-Golfer Use:
Golfer A logs into their Blue Tees Launch App account
Connects the Rainmaker
Completes their session and uploads their data
Golfer B can then log into their own account and connect the same Rainmaker for their session
Standalone Mode Note:
If Rainmaker is used in standalone mode (without the app connected), it may temporarily store shot data on the device. The next time it connects to the Launch App, the app will prompt the user to sync the stored data.
Because of this, golfers should ensure the correct account is logged in before syncing, since the stored data will upload to whichever account is currently connected.
This setup allows one Rainmaker to work easily across multiple golfers and accounts while keeping each player’s performance data separate.
